I went to Gen Spa today for a massage to relieve a frozen shoulder and back pain. Lilly was amazing, I left feeling relaxed and relieved of pain. She was very professional, and kind. She has strong healing hands, and asks if the pressure is good but doesn t chat unless you engage her. Perfect for relaxing. The location is to the right when you enter the shopping center, easy to get to right off of Sample Road. The spas is clean, fresh and relaxing. Lilly offered me a snack and a water bottle as I exited. Overall perfect experience! Thank you Lilly!

I was in search yesterday for a Swedish Massage Therapist for pain and Trigger Point Massage near me. Gen Spa was a near me search on google. I contacted Gen, I told her the pain I was in and she said let me get back to you and see what I can do. I heard from her 2 hrs later and she had a confirmed app for the next day. My Deep Tissue Sports Massage was beyond phenomenal. Gen has provided me with a Natural Healing for Pain. My hips and glutes are no longer constricted with limited movement . When I came into the Massage Therapy Spa , the Pressure Point Therapy for Pain was great in releasing my tightened muscles I felt popping and crunching feeling in my body as she was breaking down what has built up, now my body has more of a blood flow and able to flush out these toxins. Great friendly staff, on time, there is a lot of customers there which shows me her work is good. She is an amazing massage therapist and she know the exact pressure point. I am very grateful. Only with continued Massage Therapy can i feel the relief. Thank you see you again .

Gen listens and recommends what s best based on your situation. She really cares and wants the best for you and your body. I m really thankful for her treatment and the wisdom she shared with me. I went in thinking I needed one type of massage which she let me know right away it would not help with the type of pain I was experiencing. She could have easily just did what I asked and took my money. I will be visiting her whenever I come back to the area and recommending her to others.

I am so pleased I found this place! Had a cosmetic surgery in town and needed a lymphatic massage. It was Sunday and I knew it was going to be a challenge to find someone good and open... Gen was amazing! I was in so much pain - I could barely move. She was knowledgeable, patient, gentle, accommodating and most importantly, I had real results right away. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the following day. I m telling every one that I know that comes from out of town for surgery to check her out because she is the best.

I highly recommend Gen and her services! When I am vacationing, I love to find a great local SPA to get some much needed pampering done for myself. I contacted her a week before coming and she was still able to fit me in to her busy schedule. I am so thankful she was able to! The services I received were phenomenal! I was able to try new procedures that Id never had done before, along with my usual full body massage and facial. Gen is super, super knowledgeable about what she does, how to do it, and why shes doing it! A lot of other places just have technicians running machines. Gen shows her knowledge of the body and natural health as she goes by explaining different things that shes learned and experienced herself. But dont just take her word- she always wants you to do your own homework to find what works for YOUR body! More specifically about the services, I received a cavitation procedure on my stomach first. It basically uses sound/vibrations to break down fat. THIS is what you want to do instead of a tummy tuck! No cutting or knives involved! My tummy is the worst part of my body and Im so surprised just after the first procedure how much it shrank! Legit, got smaller! Im going to find a local person closer to me to continue the process!! Another great service to get is the scalp massage with an amla oil treatment and then a shampoo/conditioner with biotin to stimulate my scalp. I had my babies 15 months ago and Im still struggling with post partum hair thinning! A natural treatment to stimulate my scalp seems like a perfect way to help! But if youre just looking for something as simple as a massage or facial, Gens your lady. As I said before, she is very attentive and will focus on you as a person. She genuinely cares about people and natural healing!! A must experience for yourself!

Gen, I cannot find words to express myself to you and to your amazing Spa. I had back pain for almost two weeks. I have been to several pain places to ease the pain but they could stop me from the pain. When I found you and booked my first appointment, the moment I walked to the door I already had a great feeling and I was able to conclude that was the perfect place I was looking for. I walked in with pain and body half crooked out of alignment and after only half hour of massage I was able to walk straight and was able to drive to go home. Gen is very professional, and caring. She knows what she is doing and was able to provide the best information to you when you asked her questions. Gen, once again thank you and looking forward to see you again. This has been the best massage & experience I ve ever had, and I get massages all over U.S. since I travel for work a lot. Gen has unique & miraculous techniques and totally different approach to starting a massage! The importance is placed on understanding client needs and connecting to the pain areas right from the start. Gen has seriously worked miracles on the spots which were bothering me for months. I also did a special body wrap, facial, scrub and massage package with my friend and it was totally awesome - they made us feel like stars for the evening! Truly recommend Gen Spa to anyone struggling with any pain, or whenever looking for an awesome relaxation massage!

When I arrived at Gen Spa, I was in a great deal of pain. I have a medical condition that causes muscle tension, spasms, and nerve pain. I was at the height of one of my flare ups, and desperate to find relief. The therapist that worked on me did an amazing job. I have never had such a thorough and complete massage like this. Most massages that I get feel good, but dont eliminate my pain. This visit was a complete game changer for me. I plan to visit frequently, and stay pain free! Thanks again Gen Spa!

This is the best Lympathic drainage massage I ve ever had. I m from NY and my first time in Florida getting massages and I made the right choice. I had tummy tuck with chin lipo and after every massage I walk better and without pain. Thank you so much, Gen! I m happy I booked with you. You took your time and you explained everything to me. Really sad I have to go back to NY to finish the rest of my massages. But it was great meeting you and whenever I m in Pompano Beach area again I definitely need a massage.

Ive been to see Gen twice now and both experiences have been excellent. Gen gives a great, targeted deep tissue massage and pressure point therapy. But what really makes her different is the extensive use of stretching she uses in each session. No other therapists I have been to does the stretching, and it really, really helps. My pain level has decreased dramatically, and I am looking forward to my next visit in a few days. Gen is very kind and sweet. She truly cares about your health. Shes pretty, too!!! I highly recommend Gens therapies.
